Every piece ships once, to one person. Here's what that actually looks like.
Where we ship
Currently, DOKU ships within India only. If that changes, this page will say so before checkout does.
How each piece is packed
Nothing here comes off a warehouse shelf. Once your order is confirmed, the object is inspected and packed individually before it leaves us — a one-of-one gets one-person handling, not an automated line.
Tracking your order
Your order moves through four stages — Reserved, Confirmed, Shipped, Delivered — visible any time on your account page. Once it ships, we add a tracking note there too.
Delivery time
Because each object is handled individually rather than mass-fulfilled, timing varies by piece and destination. We'd rather tell you honestly at each stage than promise a number we can't guarantee.
Shipping cost
The price shown at checkout is the full price — we don't add shipping charges on top of it.
If something goes wrong in transit
If an object is damaged or lost before it reaches you, see Refunds & Cancellations — this is one of the cases we do refund in full.
