Refunds & Cancellations
Every object here exists once. That changes what a refund can reasonably mean.
Before payment completes
Holding an object in your cart doesn't charge you anything. Remove it any time before checkout — there's nothing to cancel, because nothing has been claimed yet.
After a successful payment
A verified payment reserves the object under your name. Because each piece is singular — not one of a batch — we don't run the kind of open-ended "change of mind" return window a stocked retailer can offer. Once it's yours, it's yours.
When we do refund
- The object is materially different from how it was described or photographed.
- We're unable to fulfil the order — it's damaged before it ships, or lost in transit before it reaches you.
- A payment was charged twice, or in error.
In any of these cases, we issue a full refund through Razorpay, back to the original payment method.
How a refund is processed
Refunds go back to the card or method you paid with, through Razorpay. How quickly it reflects depends on your bank or card issuer — we can't set that timeline, only start it. Once a refund is issued, your order shows as Refunded in your account.
Cancelling before it ships
If you'd like to cancel after paying but before we've shipped, tell us — Inquire, with your order code. We'll review it and, where it applies, process a refund.
How to request one
There's no automatic self-serve button for this — a person reads every request. Write to us through Inquire with your order code and what happened. We reply, and we don't leave you re-explaining it to someone new.
